Chemistry

I'm always excited to get back to teaching chemistry. Between burning cheese puffs in a calorimeter lab and the one time I definitely didn't accidentally make chlorine gas in the dining room, I know chemistry can be really fun and rewarding when you understand what's going on. It's also incredibly easy to get lost in a slog of memorization and hidden math issues. I can't offer lessons on how to make thermite, but I can bring the passion and knowledge breadth to make sense of the rest of it. Let's learn about batteries, bonds, and how not to blow up Mom and Dad's basement together.
